SO, IT'S YOUR FIRST TIME TO TRIBAL FIRE, HUH? - Tribal Fire Committee
If this is your first time to Tribal Fire, then this is the class for you. Even if you're not new, you can just come by and harrass the Tribal Fire committee! We'll go over some basic information about the weekend and the activities we have planned. You can meet some or all of the committee members so you will know who we are in case you have questions throughout the weekend. We'll be going over dungeon manners and rules. This is a great first timers class.


Advanced Strip - Mistress Victoria

Blood Splatter Play - Whipmaster Bob & Bootpig
This play gives new meaning to the term "fingerpainting in blood". Blood is often associated with ritual and claims a significant role in many types of play we do from vampyre play, to ritual or artistic cuttings and body modification to well...making a mess. Sometimes a big one. With any luck, a really big one. There is a certain level of savagery that can be released when blood is literally moving through a scene. Building on material presented in my first book, "The Family Jewels: this workshop expands on techniques and explores new ground in CBT. Primarily a demonstration workshop, attendees will be invited to participate in some aspects of the play. There will be information for the newcomer, such as safety and anatomy, but the demonstrations will also include advanced activities and temporary genital piercing.

How do we navigate the waters of consent in our relationships and play? Some of our relationships specifically negotiate consent in ways that can have serious consequences in the legal world. NCSF's project _Consent
Counts_ is working on 2 fronts to address the issues of consent in our community. The first is to educate our own community about the realities of consent in our relationships and play. The second is a focused effort in a 10 year plan to decriminalize BDSM. We may always be sexual outlaws; but we don't need to be criminals any more. Come participate in a discussion about consent and its consequences including a review of relevant case law and current cases that are relevant to our communities.


Cutting & Suturing - Sharrin Spector
From cutting techniques to suturing & sewing, this class is designed for the arts and crafts enthusiast who wants to add style and pizzazz to their blood sports play. Sharring will be molding this class to the skill level of the participants, so all are welcome. Topics will include anatomy, health and safety, along with a liberal dose of fun and blood.

Safety is emphasized, and negotiation issues are also covered. Time permitting, all participants who want to will be able to get some "hands on" experience.
This presentation includes equipment list and brief outline, and demonstration. Hands-on experience can be offered to participants during the class.

Ken will demonstrate both basic and advanced techniques of flogging, including double-handed flogging. We will also cover the mentality of flogging, how to keep it interesting for both partners, scene set-up, and safety issues for both Top and bottom..

SM and the Alleged Domestic Violence Call - It is important for SM-Leather-Fetish persons to have an understanding of the relationship between the SM community and law enforcement and of the numerous legal issues that can affect us - specifically the law enforcement response to an alleged domestic violence call. Once this is accomplished, we can constructively interact with law enforcement if the need arises. This presentation will focus on two aspects of this relationship - constructively dealing with officers and avoiding legal trouble. This workshop does not go in depth about the "cycle of abuse" or "real/actual" domestic violence, rather it is about consensual SM being misinterpreted as domestic violence by law enforcement.

Soul Dance is a chance to escape and relax and let your soul dance. So much of the time we hold things in or just simply forget how to let go and relax. Bring your problems, bring your stress, and bring an open mind.

We like to always start out with the banishment of a problem and help you learn to let go and believe. For this we will be using sage to cleanse you and the room as well as our circle. Once we are settled in and are in a comfortable circle we will guide you through a spiritually relaxing journey where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in sprit and in strength. It will be an experience that will take you through a wide range of emotion, expression and understanding of what it means to accept your place in our community and express that in ways unlike you have in the past.

Soul Dance starts early at 9:30 and goes till lunch so we have a few hours to relive stress and play, body paints as well as other activities that we have laid out. Feel free to join us in something comfortable and loose that you won't be concerned if it becomes dirty or damaged in this experience. Since we will be in a group please refrain from bold colognes or sprays that may distract the other people in the room. Once the doors are shut clothes are an optional item and for this reason if you come late you maybe asked to wait till we can bring you into the group.

As the leather community grows up and gets older, what changes for them around leather events? Are they ways to keep attendees coming back for more to your events? What else do we need to think about to ensure that aging considerations are included in the leather community.

Whip Cracking 101 - Mason Alexander
A hands-on seminar covering safety, responsibility, and the three most common whip cracks used during a scene. You will learn the fundamentals of these three cracks and with the aid of one-on-one training, the participants should be able to perform at least two of the cracks by the end of the class. Personal whips are highly recommended but not necessary for participation.

Whips -If the weather is nice, look for Mason and Bob in the courtyard dueling it up. These super nice guys will gladly answer questions and help you with technique!
