Due to Oklahoma laws, we will not be able to accept
full registrations at the door.

Must be preordered and prepaid by April 1 to ensure size

This hotel does not have a restaurant.
For an additional $50, we will feed you from
Friday evening thru Sunday noon,
including full access to the hospitality suite for snacks.
Deadline for this service is April 25.
Two breakfasts, two box lunches, two catered dinners.
There is Mexican and a Subway in the Shell station within walking distance.

 

Box lunches are available Saturday and Sunday
for an additional $7.50 per day.

We offer up to a 50% refund for our valuable volunteers.
Volunteers that register for $75 will receive a $30 refund,
those registering at a higher rate will receive 50% back.
