Master Jim and slave marsha

Master Jim is a leatherman who has been involved in BDSM for over 10 years. He currently holds the title of International Master 2001. Master Jim is active in several leather organizations including NLA Houston and is a frequent speaker at national leather events on such topics as structuring D/s relationships, issues and problem solving in Master/slave relationships, D/s contracts, and protocol. Master Jim's education background includes obtaining bachelor's and Master's degrees, as well as a Ph.D.
Master Jim is committed to furthering his development as a Master and to the development of anyone who is in service to him. Although Master Jim's primary sexual orientation is gay/queer, he is comfortable being served by or developing persons of any sexual orientation. Currently, he is the owner of a biological female slave, slave marsha, who has served him for over 4 1/2 years.

slave marsha has been involved in BDSM for approximately 6 years. She is honored to serve as International slave 2001. slave marsha has been in service to Master Jim of Houston, Texas (International Master 2001) for over 4 1/2 years. She frequently assists Master Jim in presenting seminars at national leather events on such topics as structuring D/s relationships, issues in Master/slave relationships, D/s contacts and protocol. slave marsha's education backgrounds includes obtaining a bachelor's degree, as well as a law degree.
slave marsha views slavery as a "calling" not unlike the call one might feel to enter a religious order. She believes the heart of slavery is in service. While her sexual orientation is lesbian/queer, slave marsha's desire to serve transcends her sexual orientation. Thus, she is comfortable serving Master Jim, a gay/queer biological male.

In this seminar, Master Jim and slave marsha will address the kinds of problems commonly faced by those living in M/s relationships and will suggest strategies for riding out the storms. Come ready to ask about your own “perfect storms” — significant time will be spent on your written or verbal questions.

There’s Power in the Blood: Cutting as a Part of Ritual, Ceremony and Spirituality - Throughout history, blood has been viewed as powerful and magical, a symbol of life and death. Many spiritual paths place blood and the drawing of blood at the center of their spiritual practices. “There’s Power in the Blood” examines the SM practice of cutting and the very special – even spiritual – aspects of cutting rituals and ceremonies. While the seminar will include discussion on how to do a cutting, it also will include in-depth discussion on why to do it. You are invited to experience the power in the blood first hand by observing Master Jim and slave marsha as they conclude the seminar with a very personal ceremony that will include a ritual cutting.

The Calling: Ritual, Ceremony and Spirituality in M/s and D/s Relationships - Many leather men and women have discovered that beneath the skins, leather can have a far deeper meaning. Master Jim and slave marsha will discuss the central place leather spirituality has in their Master/slave relationship, and how Master Jim has incorporated ritual and ceremony as a way of strengthening and growing the relationship.

Direction, Discipline and Service: The Heart of a Master/slave Relationship - So— you think you want a slave? You believe you really want to be controlled by an Owner? How do you go about it? Where do you start — and how do you keep the relationship from ending before the shine is off the collar? Master Jim and slave marsha will discuss the basic elements of initiating, developing and maintaining a Master/slave relationship.
