X
X
is a Dominant who works within the BDSM community to help people improve
their skills and their understanding of the lifestyle, so that the community
as a whole improves. He has authored numerous articles on lifestyle
topics, and enjoys giving demonstrations on fireplay, flogging, training,
development of Dominance skills, protocol, positions and other subjects.
X has taught classes from New York and Washington, DC to the Pacific
Northwest, and from the Canadian to the Mexican borders, including several
presentations at Black Rose Society events.
X is an active member of the Dallas-Fort Worth community, and has served
on the boards of both several groups there, at one time or another.
Other than that, X describes himself as a decent enough Dominant and
a serious student of the lifestyle who happens to write and speak in
a manner that helps people learn. He also thinks of himself as a nice,
normal male who happens to like corrupting and owning nice, normal females.

Fireplay:
This
class covers just about every nuance of fireplay, and is a very good
"how to" course. The course materials include tips on where
to buy equipment and materials, and the course itself covers how to
make the equipment you can't buy.
This course includes instruction on basic fireplay (various types),
fire cupping, devil's fire, use of flash cotton and (space permitting)
fire flogging. Safety is emphasized, and negotiation issues are also
covered. Time permitting, all participants who want to will be able
to get some "hands on" experience.
This presentation includes equipment list and brief outline, and demonstration.
Hands-on experience can be offered to participants during the class.

is not available on my website. I don't want to take a chance with clueless
ones working solely from written instruction and getting hurt.
Flogging
- with Flamedancer
This class is a practical, hands-on class that has a lot to offer to
everyone interested in flogging or getting flogged, from the beginner
on. It focuses on leather flogging, and includes discussion of flogger
selection, safety, scene negotiation, “reading” the bottom, before and
aftercare, equipment care, and technique. This class is a “hands-on”
class, so Tops should bring their favorite floggers and their favorite
bottom. The class will include hands-on instruction in double-handed
flogging, including Florentine and underhand techniques.

BDSM and D/s Relationships with
Flamedancer - This class is designed to encourage
thought and consideration of what it is that makes D/s relationships
work. It includes a discussion of the types of relationships possible,
and explores the typical elements of
such relationships. The evolving nature of D/s relationships is emphasized,
and the common stages of such relationships are explored. Typical pitfalls
and problems, and ways to work through or around them, are also discussed.
Finally, if those attending are interested and there is time, dealing
with termination of relationships will also be explored.
Those attending will be encouraged to ask questions or provide examples
based upon their own experiences.
