The
Zen of Bondage
- Bondage is aesthetically pleasing to look at, and it
is the perfect vehicle for sending one's partner into an intense emotional
experience. But why is that? Why do people who are securely bound report
feeling "totally free"? Why does someone feel totally safe when they're
totally helpless? This round-table discussion, moderated by Phil but
inviting the participation of all attendees, will attempt to identify
many of the meditative and psychosexual reasons why bondage is such
a joy to do (or to have done to you). Because mind play is such an integral
part of bondage, the "Art of the Bondage Mindfuck" will be discussed
-- including ways to correct the situation When Things Go Wrong.
Learning
the Ropes: Basic Bondage
- Rope
bondage can be one of the most artistic and beautiful forms of BDSM
play; however, it is also one of the most misunderstood -- and potentially,
the most dangerous. We will briefly cover basic safety considerations,
then talk about the proper toys (the ropes, not your playmates) and
what to do with them. We will also talk about ways to heighten the experience
for both the top and bottom through the safe use of gags and blindfolds.
And, oh yeah -- we're going to show you how to tie someone up safely!
