Bill Reed was in Law Enforcement since 1992, and has been in and around the lifestyle for nearly as long. He has served on various boards and community action groups focused on Domestic abuse awareness and prevention. Currently he serves as a regional coordinator on the Domestic Violence project for NLA-I and is Vice President of The Tulsa Dungeon Society. Bill is also an associate member of the Tulsa Uniform Leather Seekers Association. Bill travels extensively in the midwest speaking on Domestic Violence issues to vanilla and kink groups alike.
